sounds like something to do with steering, maybe tie rods or even the whole rack
does it only make the noise while moving, or even while still?

see if your ball joints have any grease left in them. if the rubber is cracked try to spray wd-40 in the crack to see if the noise goes away.

try to use a thicker silicon based type lube as wd40 will be washed away next time it rains.

I had the same prob and it turned out to be a dry lower balljoint. Squeeled like a ****, sounded like something was ready to fly apart, but when I finally tracked it down the b.j. barely had any play in it.(unlike a sloppy bj... ) Since it was a sunday I just went and drilled a small hole in the top of it and used a needle tip grease gun on it and then ran a shortened sheetmetal screw into the hole to seal it up. Worked like a champ till i had a chance to go to the dealer and get a new one.

My car used to do the samething. A few weeks after it started I was pulling out of my driveway and the passenger side wheel fell off!!!!! So you better take care of it quick. Or maybe it's that Rattle Can paint job. Take care of that too Hahahaha J/K PM Me! I'll skool you on some rattle can techniques.
