Thicker head gasket and arp head stud ist too important?
Hi all. Will turbo my car and I read if I'm gonna turbo my car its better to put arp head stud and thicker head gasket at least bc I'm runing stock internals. Now my engine is h22 which head gasket is the best for my project I will run 8psi. Which head gasket do you reccomend ? And ist really necessary ?

Honda oem head gasket. I ran my b18c for 2+ years at 300whp with stock head studs. 8 psi doesn't mean squat because I have no idea what size turbo you have or hp goal. My car is a fluke of nature but I am still on oem headstuds pushing almost 480whp now.
