Default Weird bogging down/transmission

So I have some wierd problem with my 97 accord se

First of all, in the morning, basically a first start, I let it warm up a little
Then I put in gear (D4), the transmission engages and the car starts to creep, however a second later it engages again (I don't know how to describe, it's like a slight torque push) and then it behaves as is. Only happens on first starts.

I tried putting the car in neutral, and then shifting it into drive. The transmission would engage, however you could hear sort of a clunk.

Also in first gear, over 2k rpm you could hear like a rattle, in second gear more like at 2.5k. No rattle in 3rd or 4th.

Today I was driving, and I was at a stoplight in gear. I accelerate, the transmission engages 2nd gear but the RPMs hang around 2k, loss of power and I think the sound of a backfire. Happened twice today.
It's irradical as well. I stepped off accelerator and tried giving gas again, everything was fine. Car shifts manually between gears fine( 1 to 2 to D3 to D4)

Sorry if confusing, thank you.

My car has 133k miles. Transmission fluid was flushed at dealer 2-3k miles ago. Previous owner said timing belt was replaced, but I couldn't verify. Happened after me refilling the AC system with one of them quick fill cans, not sure if can be related.

I know this is an old post but did you ever figure out what that was? I think my car is dong the same thing. Put it in drive and it boggs down ...I lift off of the accelerator pedal and push down again and it works fine. It started doing this a while ago but it quits and works fine. It usually occurred when the outside temp was below zero. Now it is doing it when it is very hot outside also. So you see I need to figure out what is happening. Your post is about as close to what mine does as I can find so I would hope you can supply me with some info on if you got it fixed.
Thanks
