Default Need help with TPS, closed voltage at 4.9v

Cant figure it out. Recently did a battery relocation and some mods to the 93 prelude h22a. After everything was installed and buttoned up I notice that my S-AFC throttle% read 100% at closed throttle. I checked the voltage on the S-AFC, the reading was 4.8v to 4.9v, keep in mind that this was at closed throttle. Even when I opened the throttle the voltage didn't move. Things that I've ruled out are TP sensor, I bought a new one. Also, ruled out ECU, had a spare and swapped it, same voltage. Funny thing is that now my brake lights stay on, even when I', not stepping on them. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You must be reading the reference volt wire. Normally the signal wire is the middle wire, but not always. Possibly the wiring got switched or something.

Thanks for your reply. I didn't mention that I get the voltage reading from the apexi s-afc. But before I relocated the battery the reading was normal 0.48v at closed throttle and 4.8v at WOT. it's really driving me crazy. I just don't know what else to do to fix it.

go back into your setup page in the safc and make sure nothing was lost during the battery relocation. there is a good chance the settings need to be reconfigured.
