1994 Honda Accord LX CEL codes 45 and 72
I just pulled the codes off my car and im having difficulty trying to figure out what code 45 means? Fuel Supply Metering? what does this mean and how do i go about fixing it?
Code 72 means i have a misfire in cylinder 2
what should I do?

I imagine 45 is a bad fuel pressure regulator. Although, it could be a clogged fuel filter or the pump is going bad.
With a fuel supply problem I would think all the cylinders would be mis-firing but, the two codes may be connected somehow.
Pull and examine the spark plug on cylinder 2. If it looks bad, replace all the plugs. If it looks good, switch it with another cylinder and see if the mis-fire follows. If it does follow the spark plug, replace all the plugs. If it doesn't follow the plug , switch the injectors. If the mis-fire follows the injector, replace/clean the injector.
