turn signal indicator issue. need assistance please!
the car is a 96 lude. well the issue is when i use my turn signals both(left and right) indicators on the dash blink at about 50% brightness. they work correctly on the exterior though. when i use the hazard switch neither indicator blinks on the dash but i hear the clicking and they work correctly on the exterior.
tried new turn signal combination switch, new hazard/turn signal relay, also a different used hazard switch. still the same though.
recent work that was done. i installed a full out security system and complete jdm auto climate control unit. also replaced all the exterior bulbs.
any help would be greatly appreciated!

Possible ground wire or ground issue. IIRC, for a 96 the ground wires for the gauge indicator turn signal lights are from ground G402. G402 should be located on the center console, driver's side. You may be able to pull the carpet back a bit on the driver's side of the console to see the ground wires and ground bolt.
ground is good. im not sure that is the right one though because i disconnected it and it still acted the same?
also when i turn the key on(engine on or off) for a few mins, both indicators on the dash stay on solid(full brightness) and blink correctly, besides the other staying on solid.
