Default 2007 civic engine replacement

I bought a 2007 Honda civic with a 1.8l sohc engine which is shot. I bought a complete 07 civic damaged for the engine as well as other parts for down the road. The donor engine has 222000 on it and just wondering what should I replace on the engine before the swap? I was a bit hesitant about this engine due to the km's but before I bought the car I started it after it has sat since mid January and no rattles etc super quite and after doing a compression check 190-210 psi decided this engine will work. I am confident this engine will give me good service. I am still driving my 1999 Honda civic which I have owned for 13 years and 514000 km's later. Any help would be appreciated. thanks

Any seals that would otherwise be a pain to replace later. I would replace rear main seal As well as the torque converter seal while you have it apart. With 222k kilometers I would do the chain and tensioner as well. Never know how the previous owner was with maintenancE, chain could be stretched. Clean the throttle body. And replace the thermostat.
