Anyone know where they can install side markers on a 95 eg hatch

 

WHERE can you install them? Try on the fenders.

There are templates available online to do them yourself. Also, this isn't the right forum to be asking that question, I would try the Paint/Body tech forum.

A lot of shops will do custom installs, you just need to choose one near you and ask them. Get the template and bring the parts with you.

 

A body shop is necessary. A parts retailer, like PepBoys, O'Reilly's, etc... will not have the tools, nor the skills to accommodate a request even remotely similar to this. And since they differ per region, it's IMPOSSIBLE to give you any sort of useful response.
