Default Getting my 90 Civic back on the Track

I needed to get back in a ef hatch so i sold this

and i took a 6 hour round trip to pick up this

its a 1990 Honda Civic hatchback
b18a1 swap with a fresh head rebuild
ground control coilovers
dc header
skunk2 exhaust
6 point roll cage
5 point harness

the car does have some body damage but im fine with it

the car was clearly a old track car and my goal is to get her back out there.

i started simple and cleaned the engine bay

some more pics

I started cleaning the interior. i still need to remove the rear seats

repainted the front bumper and adjusted the front coilovers

repainted the trim and rear bumper. also new jdm bandaid and hood bra

aaannnddd new wheels. Avid 15x8 +25 wrapped in 205/50/15s

the rear is so high because one of the allen key screws on the coilovers is seized so i get to drill it out next week and replace it. also working on getting a new windshield and a lower ball joint.

cool cars, those EFs.

what's with the strange looking wheels? are there not any proper fitting wheels anymore?

May I suggest a different size/ offset for the wheels. They don't look like they will do justice on a track. Go with 949racing wheels or something similar. I think 15x7.5 would do just fine without looking "stancey"
