Default Should I be buying this used and is it a good price????

Hey guys, so I got myself an 05 Civic EX special edition a few weeks back. It has 64k miles on it, 5 speed, and literally every single option they made for that car. My question is that I am looking at buying the K&N cold air intake 57 series (http://m.autopartswarehouse.com/sku/Honda/Civic/K-and-N/Cold_Air_Intake/2005/K33573513.html?apwcid=productads&003=27846857&010= apwK335735132005hocicoaiin&gclid=CjwKEAjwjKOpBRChj sTyicbFy3QSJADP1gTNNjFJ_SdrxBtD7NbUakEjylBX5QH2p3T nxGAM_ujcgxoC3ELw_wcB&c_aid=40881456104&c2cid=ad02 7cac-f218-49bf-90a1-d53de5324d9c&redirect=1). I was able to find one used (not sure for how long) for $90. I am much more inclined to buying that since it's less than half of the price new. Are these any good, should I buy it used? If I have to replace the filter, I can, I would just check to see how much it is first.

Thanks in advance!!!
Ps. I know, I am new to this site so if I am doing anything wrong, tell me!

What are you trying to accomplish with purchasing this intake? A different sound? Because you're not going to see any performance gains from an intake on the D17.

Well it sold already so I'm not getting it but I would like to upgrade my car performance wise. I used to have a 1999 civic and I knew a lot of what could go in it but it was wrecked and so I got this car. What other engines can I put in it? K series perhaps?

Leave it stock and drive it, do a K-series swap, or sell it are the only reasonable things to do.
