As long as it is not from an SH model with ATTS then it will bolt in the same as when installing an MT from an Accord.
Only difference is the H22 gearbox will have shorter gearing and your cruise rpm will be higher.
Great for acceleration but not so good for economy. FD w OD in an Accord equates to ~2.8, H22 cars FD w/OD can be ~3.8.

Will I be able to use the same mounts, exhaust, and axles? How about ecu? Should I keep the accord ecu or the stock h22 ecu?

Case of the F/H transmissions are pretty much the same, there is a slight external difference in 98-02 Accord and 97-01 Prelude from the 90-97 Accord and 92-96 Prelude cases.

Just look at the Accord FAQ at the top of the page for info.

This accord has gotten swaps before, the original f22b1 it had blew, and my dad put a f23a in it, but my problem is it is automatic, and I want to get an h22 manual, so I am curious to know what I would need to make it stick shift.
