I've noticed today that my cluster is reading wrong information ...
The gas suppose to be half and the speedometer jumps to 20 and then goes to 10 and stops there, while my RPM meter bounces at 2RPM .. and I haven't even started the car yet

I also noticed there was a spark in my starter motor ... could that be the problem why my cluster is reading wrong ?
I took it out today and nothing was burnt or jamming the needles everything moved fine !

please help.. first car an all.. kinda worried

 

Might be a bad or loose ground.

Verify the harness ground at the thermostat housing is not corroded or damaged. Remove the bolt and verify the connection is clean underneath.
Verify engine mount ground bond cable is attached correctly.
Verify the battery connections are clean and tight, both at the battery and at the terminations.
Verify the battery is fully charged.
