Well I picked up a 2000 integra GS that wont start. The car is DUMPING fuel so much so that it was actually coming out of the throttle body. So i disconnected all the injectors, all which ohmed to 11.5 ohms. I put a noid light on the injector plugs and the light was BRIGHT super bright and not pulsing on steady. First thing i did was clean all the grounds on the car. Next it had an aftermarket alarm so i unplugged the mondule. All of a sudden i got a normal injector pulse so i put everything back together and tried to start it... Nothing. Next i checked for an injector pulse again and boom it was gone no pulse. I tried hooking up the scanner and it would not access the computer at all. Tried again and got in, got the code P1607 internal circuit A. Checked all the connectors to the ECM and they are clean. ECM is getting battery voltage as well. I think the car needs a computer, but i dont really work on these cars too much im just starting to get into them. What do you guys think?

 

The plugs are probably fouled, can't help you on the wiring or electrical issues.
