Default help don't know how to remove sir bumper

Well I have an siR bumper on my civic and don't know how to remove it any help appreiciated, thanks

should be the same as the USDM bumper. I assume you mean the front bumper since you dont specify

Take out the turn signal lights on the bumper and you will see bolts holding the steel bumper car to the core support, get on your knees and look with a flash light., Unscrew the Phillips screws at the corners by the wheel wells and unbolt the bolts holding the bumper cover at the bottom to the underside of the core support. The whole thing with steel bumper beam will pull straight forward
