I have a frost white integra and consider getting white side markers with the amber blubs installed.
Im looking for a place online to get the lights. Where did you find yours?

theres two places that you can get basically the same ones but totally different prices. go to the s2ki.com board and search for sidemarkers. there is a guy on there that sells them for like 50-60 bucks. or procarparts.com has them for like 15 or so. i think they are listed as domed civic sidemarkers. i've got amber bulbs in mine. i'll put the pictures up when i get home. my car is white too
edit: procarparts are 10 bucks

I got imitation clear ones and painted them orange on my car. I removed my fenders and used a metal nibbler from Radio Shack. It's wayyyy easier than using a Dremel.

Or just buy fenders with side markers. I met someone who gets shipment from japan every now and then. Among jdm engines, gauge clusters, bumpers....etc were jdm fenders.
He was selling a pair of jdm fenders. But they were from 94~96(?) in which Japan had the bug eyed integras. They needed repainting though. I'll see if I can get his contact #.

hmm that would be alot of money just for sidemarkers. I'd rather spend $20-$40 and cut my own hole. It's not like I'm ever going to take them out, they do serve a safety purpose ya know.
just to let you know if you loose one of the cover lens for your sidemarker you have to buy another set. Some one stole one of my lens cover and I have to replace the whole thing because the store I bought them from didnt had any stock so I have to replace it with some different style one and I have to put in some new holes in the fender because it didnt match up.

Those domed ones are like the ones on the S2000. I don't know what else uses them because I know those have been around since before the S2000 was made. I know the Integra, and I think the 92-95 Civic, had the flat ones, like the pic at the top and what is on my car.

Heres mine, my cars a jdm integra so they come as stock, i swapped out the amber ones for lancer EVO VI oval clear ones which i think look better than the amber rectangular ones

Dee, is that really a DC1??? You mean you turbo'd a 1.6L ZXi???????????? i know a load of guys over here that have ZX/ZXi's that would love to know where you got a turbo for that car. Whats with the USDM front end conversion thingy in your sig, 93-95 JDM integras had the exact same front end!!
My sig is a Joke because people always ask me why I put a USDM frontend on a JDM car. My engine is a B18C and the wheels are Hayashi Racing center locks!
Sweet. Looks like my car, except cleaner...
...tho mine is much sexier
Are you using white or amber bulbs. I am looking for flat sidemarkers. any sugg?

Yours look great.
Where did you get yours? Are they available in white with amber bulbs?
To answer your original thread ques... the shop has a power drill that takes a second to go through the fenders. The more difficult parts woudl be placement and wiring, as i was told.

You guys know that if these came stock, we'd spend all our time trying to shave them off. Who's going to be the first to do a side mirror light conversion like they have on Mercedes?

I put them there because I like the way they look, and because it adds a degree of safety. I'll probably add them to every car I own in the future if they're not stock.
Mine were clear w/ amber bulbs at first, you can get them from autodynamic.com. I painted mine w/ Tamiya clear orange model paint, and put clear bulbs in them. The color is exactly the same as the rear turn signals.
