Hey there i have a 98 civic running a d17 motor and a manual transmission Blew the previous transmission but drove it home. Starting and everything. I replaced the transmission and nada. Not even a click. Battery is charged and starter has been tested. Any tips or pointers

 

Are you pushing in the clutch too?



Check your grounds
Main grounds not thermostat ground

 

Clutch being pushed. Nothing to indicate that is the safety switch. All grounds are properly reattached

 

How do you know this? Just by looking at them? I said check theM not look at them

 

Jump the solenoid with the power cable on the starter with a jumper. Could be a small 14-16 gauge cable

 

Does the fuel pump prime? Do the horn and hazard lights work?
