just read all the project car articles relating to your car. I am jealous because I searched for one of those for a while after I totalled my 328is, but ended up getting a GSR. I didn't find anything worthwhile.

GSR is still a nice car. numbers are close to your old 325 huh? mine is almost a perfect competitor to the ITR, thats why i love this site so much, plus i jock the ITR hard core, but SHHH dont tell the integra guys.

I'm assuming you were directing that first bit at me. Yeah, the GSR (with some changes) is a fun car. I had a 328is which could tear my GSR a new ******* (at least in a straight line) It was more in competition with ITR's and e30 m3's.

oh cool, for some reason i figured you had an e30.. yes, 328's are pretty fast 1/4 it will take me. i will kill one in the twisties tho, the itr will do the same.

Ya saw a option or motoring video with a E30 with full suspension and some engine mods go up against a amuse S2000............s2000 got out classed in the corners and the E30 M3 was all over it on teh straits, the E30 eventually passed it ....pretty cool car, stock body ,17in wheels, and a extra hump on the rear spoiler look so good ........main reason i want one!

scared of maintence,or electrical failures tho,i hear storys about the electrical in that car.

actually electrics are easy in this car, infact there isnt much electrics to worry about. the thiing that makes this car expensive to keep up is the prices. most market prices are 3-4 times that of any regular bmw part price. but many of us found lil tricks on how to use the same parts from diffrent cars on ours and save tons. matinence isnt really that bad on it. i admit its more than most cars, but i do most of the work my self and enjoy doing it
