02 Civic replaced ECU lost power!
So last year during an autox event I had the alternator bolt come lose and subsequently the ECU was fried. So I had the dealership replace the ECU with a salvaged one. Ever since the CEL is on with a secondary O2 fault but, more importantly; I have lost what feels like 20%+/- power. I have driven the car enough to relearn the stage 1 cam, I/h/e and my heavy footed driving style so it doesn't make any sense. Does anyone have any ideas? BTW, VTEC does engage.

I'm pretty sure vtec engages... It at least revs to 6800+. I know with the old ECU I would rev to 6950 sometimes hit a late shift past 7K. Maybe you're on to something.
I can tell you that before the new ECU I mess with my wife and pull her car pretty hard(98 hatch y7,auto) and now I can't take her from a dig with R-comps or a roll.

I went ahead and pulled out the ecu that the dealership put in, here is the part number: 37820-plm-l06. If I read the internets correctly, this is for an 03 DX 5 mt
