Default 91 civic hatch with an SiR swap

hey everyone

I'm new to the site and I'm in need of some help. I recently bought a 91 civic hatch with an SiR swap. The guy I bought it from did a bunch of wiring himself and I'm having a hard time figuring out what he did. He said he changed it from OBDII to OBD and I want to change it back but so far my google searches have come up less than helpful. Any comments will be appreciated. I really want to get this car running well!

This is the only picture I have right now of the engine bay

Switching OBDs isn't a problem. Most people try to run an OBD1 ECU because it is superior to OBD0 and offers more tuning flexibility than OBD2.

What ECU do you have?
What engine is that?
What ECU trouble codes are you getting?

I'm not sure what Ecu I have and it isn't throwing any codes. The engine is a b16a. The guy said it was from an SiR. If I got a OBDI harness is have to get a p28 and a base map tune right?

You should google "crx obd0 to obd1 conversion faq" and just read.
