91 civic hatch with an SiR swap
hey everyone
I'm new to the site and I'm in need of some help. I recently bought a 91 civic hatch with an SiR swap. The guy I bought it from did a bunch of wiring himself and I'm having a hard time figuring out what he did. He said he changed it from OBDII to OBD and I want to change it back but so far my google searches have come up less than helpful. Any comments will be appreciated. I really want to get this car running well!

Make a thread in the right section first.
Read the sticky's and FAQ's in the 88-91 section.
Post more information and pictures of the wiring and engine bay there as well.
