Everything is hooked up save from the 2ndary o2 I let the car get to temp but no vtec the CEL is on BUT apparently jdm ecu's won't sync to our scanners. I'm lost as to what I can do, no I cant go get a usdm itr ecu I've never seen them for sale even around here. It's not that I care about vtec but something must be stopping it from crossing over the car has open dp right now so I can deffinitly tell it's not crossing over. basically I want to know what codes I have stored, s300 isn't an option right now nor is obd1 stepdown and a chipped ecu.

 

You can still check them with the paper clip method like in the FAQ
