Light Wiring Problems
I have a 2001 Integra and I am having some problems with my lights. While wiring in a new turn signal one of the wires for the corner lights hit hit the turn signal wires. And now neither one of my tails lights work, or my parking lights in the front. I have done everything I can think of to check and fix it. I replaced every bulb, I have replaced every fuse involving lights, even if they weren't busted. But Nothing in the tail lights are working, and same with the bumper lights. And also now When I leave my lights on and I open the door I am not getting that buzz to let me know my lights are still on. I just can't find the problem in this. Oh and the fuse for the Running lights relay, well I can't find the relay for the running lights under the dash or under the hood. I don't know how to fix it. This is my daily driver and I have to drive at night every night, and I can't afford to take it somewhere to get it checked out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
not everything is listed on that little cover for the under the dash box, it may sound annoying but check every fuse in the under the dash box. The control unit fuse is #16/17 a 10a and 7.5A, it has to be a fuse you wouldn't melt the wire from just that. I assume you're in Canada since you're referring to DRL's ?
Check interior Fuse No. 2 (10A), that fuse protects the taillights, license plate light, and parking lights. The service manual numbers the fuses differently than the owner's manual (in the service manual it is listed as number 32).
