All of my lights pulsate on my EJ1 for 3 minutes
.. then they go regular. Dash lights, headlights.. anything electrical. The car also likes to "surge" (RPMs up, down, up, down) when key is first turned a lot. This on my EJ1.

Could moisture getting on/in the alternator have something to do with it?
It also does this on first and cold starts..
