Default 2002 Civic Front Hazards/Turn Signals not working

I was in an accident a couple months ago and right now i'm fixing up my car. I hit a pole so I must have knocked something loose or I don't even know.

This is what I know for sure. All of the bulbs and fuses are good. I switched the turn signal relay but that didn't work either.

My back hazards and turn signals work. My front turn signal bulbs work and light up when i turn the car on but they do not flash or turn on when i signal or put hazards on.

I have some pictures here from the right side of my civic headlight. Tell me if you see anything i'm missing or if there is a ground wire that's supposed to be there or what. Thanks.

Wow i fixed it. Stupidest, simplest **** ever.

It was the bulbs...

I didn't think about changing them because both of them lit up solid so i thought the bulbs were good.

I forgot that there were two filaments inside and the blinking filament was touching the other filament....

So guys don't go through hours of trouble without checking the bulb FIRST. WOW.
