Soft pedal after installing new clutch!
So I have a 2001 S2000 and I just put a SPEC stage 2 clutch in with OEM fly wheel. Problem is the clutch feels really soft. The gears go in but the clutch doesn't feel right. It's already been bleeded for air but still no difference?! What can it be?

You either don't have the master cylinder set correctly...or its normal.
A new clutch will feel softer than a used clutch of the same type because the grease, springs, etc, are all new.

Did you turn the flywheel to get the surface ready for a new clutch disk?
Do you notice any dead areas in the pedal? does it engage very low? Very high?
Do you know what type of clutch was in the car before you put this spec unit in?
