TYPE R License plate OEM... where to obtain ?
Even back in the day I don't ever remember seeing these for sale. Recall that Acura/Honda had a "Type R" line of OEM accessories (oil caps, battery tiedowns, gym bags, hats, shirts, etc) and the license plate was never offered.
Best bet would be to make one yourself.
I could probably have about a half dozen or so made up on aluminum (USDM plate size), but not sure what people would be willing to pay. If enough of you are interested, post here and let me know.

hmm i'd be in, depending on price for 2 (front and rear) and style of itr logo, for example, the type R decal is different colored background on black itr compred to white itrs, yellow as well. Correct?

I'm trying to figure out with my guy the best way to actually "apply" the image to the plate, but let me see what I can do and figure out pricing.
Does anyone have a better "official" picture? I would like to duplicate them as exact as possible.
Another one I found, but not large enough.

Dude...no offense but those are horrible. Whoever made them didn't take the time to clean up the image and the results can be seen as wavy/blurred lines...like you have. Looks like someone free-handed the graphics with a paintbrush.
NONE TAKEN THE LINES ARE ACTUALY PRETTY STRIGHT I THINK ITS JUST A POOR PHOTO ILL SEE IF I CAN GET A BETER ONE BUT YEAH WOULD BE A WHOLE LOT BETRTER TO FIND THE ORIGINAL ONES
