Default Scenic Ohio Fall River Pictures of my 92 GSR

My car was still clean after I came home on Sunday after a roadtrip. I decided to take some pictures under the Fishinger Bridge, right on the Scioto river about 3 minutes away from my house. Updates from the last pictures are:

-Spoon Strut bars (Front and Rear)
-black painted wheels with polished lip
-black painted calipers
-Brembo OE black painted rotors
-Goodridge stainless steel brakelines
-Hawk HP+ front pads
-AEM Nissin rear pads
-Valvoline Synpower Dot 3/4 brake fluid.

Stuff in the mail:
-Skunk2 Adjustable Camber Kit (+-4 camber)
-Progress 22mm Rear Sway Bar
-OTS Koni Yellows
-Ground Control Coilovers (400F/600R)

Enjoy the pictures and feel free to tell me what you think.
The rest of the directory with 1280x960 pictures (Great for a background):

Right now I'm still living with my parents because I'm in the middle of transferring colleges, but I live right on the other side of the river in Hilliard.

your muffler is severly crooked.
It's supposed to be, just not quite that angled out. Having your car loaded on flat beds about 10 times wil augment an exhaust quite nicely.

You should check out how few of bends there are with the exhaust. Put up nice dyno numbers for a relatively stock second generation B16A. (In case you are wondering, the B17A threw a rod.)

I wouldn't mind meeting up with people sometime. Always nice to meet new folks so long as they're intelligent and friendly.

was the spoon fr strut bar a direct fit or did you have to fiddle around with the passengerside mount ?

It was a direct fit, made for the DA/DB2 (GSR) chassis. Clears the ABS after you remove the metal piece around the reservoir which is used for holding connectors in place. Bolted on easy with the car up on jack stands. The rear inside plastic panels had to be trimmed a little bit but nothing a dremel and 2 minutes can't fix.

Car looks clean but need to get rid off the mud flaps and the black wheels. Get some GSR Blade rims and that will look tight.

Actually I'm looking to purchase some 15x7 Kosei K1's for auto-crossing duty and I'll keep the stock GSR wheels for daily driving.

The black paint and mudflaps are functional. Black paint disguises the brake dust that shows up in 3 days (Hawk HP+ dust) and the mudflaps save the paint from rock chips that will eventually cause rust. Thanks for the input anyways.

Quoted from someone else:
if you look in where the hood hinges you'll see a bolt on each side of the hood holding down a small piece of metel. It's a 10mm bolt. Take that out and remove the piece it's holding down and your hood will stand straight up.
Depending on what wiper blades you have you may have to either take the passenger side one off or turn the key off with them partially up the windshield to be able to get it to stay up by itself. Honda designed the hood to stand straight up like that to make the removal of the engine possible without having to take the hood off.

you should try transplanting a hood prop from a 92-00 civic or G3 teg, so you don't have to worry about wind making it fall down.

I've been wanting to do something to that effect but more for the purpose of the tiny amount of weight savings and the fact that it would clean up the engine bay slightly (and make it easier to work on without the hood prop in my way).

No name canister welded onto 2.25" cat back crush bent piping at a local muffler shop. Total cost ~ $200 and it put down decent numbers on the dyno (150hp, 105tq on nearly stock 2nd Gen B16A)

I'm about to paint it black since I never wash it anyways, and hopefully it'll save it from rusting out as quickly. I plan on upgrading to 2.5" mandrel bent.
