Default 97 CX Hatch D15B2 Block D16Y7 Head Turbo

I would like to start by saying I frequent this website and have read many posts relating to this topic that I am posting about. I am asking because my situation is very specific and I am looking for strong opinions.

The civic that I drive i bought approximately 8 months ago. It is a cx hatch that comes stock with a d16y7. It has a d15b2 block and as far as I know a d16y7 head. The guy i bought it from claims it is a d16y8 but as far as I know that is false because it does not have v-tec ( no dizzy or anything). I have installed a d16y8 intake manifold and throttle body along with an ex transmission and VMS adjustable Cam gear with a cold air intake. Also have mishimoto radiator and fan.

I want to go forced induction so I can say I've done it and daily driving because the power on this thing sucks. I have a rudimentary mechanical prowess and am willing to attempt just about anything. I'm on around a 3500$ budget.

I want ( in order) :
A reliable daily driver.
Reinforced Head
Turbo with A/C
Stock block (reinforced rods/pistons)

1. Should I buy a reinforced D16Y7/8 or D16Z6 head and wire vtec in or just reinforce the y7 I have and use a more aggressive cam?

2. What turbo site should I be buying from? Should I buy a kit or piece something together?

3. Should I consider a complete swap instead of a mini me swap?

The swap currently has relatively low mileage from the condition of the top end. When I do the swap I will be replacing the timing belt with a gates timing belt and replacing the water pump with Honda OEM along with the cam tensioner and cam seal also Honda OEM.

Any advice is very much appreciated and I appreciate your time for reading my post.

I will be searching the forums while I wait for any responses and will post my build if I pull the trigger on anything. At this point in time my plan is to buy a reinforced d16z6 head along with reinforced pistons and rods because it's cheap, then buy a walpro fuel pump, fuel regulator, rc fuel injectors, piece together a turbo and have it tuned at a local dyno shop. I have no time crunch and will be performing upgrades as I go.

If you're going to build the block you might as well buy a z6 block from a junkyard and build that the way you want it.

I think I am going to buy a built z6 block for 1000$ and swap it in there.
