why is my timing belt rubbing.

Default why is my timing belt rubbing.

I have a 93 civic ex and i just put a mini me (d15b7 bottom, d16z6 head) in it and it.runs perfect but for some reason the timing belt is slowly grinding down on the side of the valve cover. I was thinking tensioner pully but idk for.sure please someone help.

Do you have both washers installed on each side of the crank do shaft gear?

Another possibility is that one or both drive plates were installed in the incorrect orientation.
