Icon6 New to Honda

Okay guys, so i outright bought a 4 door 1997 honda accord lx 2.2l 4cylinder vtec, my parents always bought my car so i really didnt take care of it nor do anything to them, with this being MY first car i want to make it sound and look good. Long story short, this is my project car. Anyways, i bought it with a check engine light, took it to autozone to get the codes and my egr values are blocked, (how do i unclog them?) my downstream o2 sensor, (already replaced it) and my tdc sensor failed( what the hell part do i need to get to replace it). i took it to a mechanic and found out that i have gotten a motor swap, so now im thinking if, whatever, is wrong with it is more then or close to a new motor, what is the biggest motor i can put into it as a performance ?

Use search function for cleaning EGR. Pretty much the only swap is H22A(prelude engine), would recommend a manual tranny thoe.

Check the Accord FAQ at the top of the forum on how to clean. Do not use silicone lubricants when reinstalling the injectors.
Use a vacuum and #1 & #2 screwdrivers to clean out the ports in the manifold. It is stepped, start off with the #2 until you encounter resistance, then use the #1 to clear out the smaller port. Same with egr manifold, gently scrape the carbon away.
I did not use any cleaner, it just turns the carbon into an slurry which makes a mess.
