Hey I was thinking about purchasing a dc strut bar for my 99 civic dx hatch (has a gsr swap). I had a question regarding the fitment though, since there are two types of dc strut bars for 96-00 civics, there's the ex dc bar and si dc bar. I know the dc strut bars for the si and ex will not fit a stock dx model due to clearance issues with the intake manifold. So I'm stuck between the ex bar and si bar but is there really a difference between the two?

I already tried searching for info on this forum and others but nothing useful came up.

At the time I asked the question I thought there were two strut bars one for the 96-00 ex and one for the 99-00 si because I was using the "check fitment" tool on amazon which was telling me that the bar for the si was not compatible with the ex of the same year. I checked the dc sports website and it looks like the strut bar the the si should fit my car.
