On the driver side it's fine but on the passenger side, my windows are so hard to roll up and down. Anyone know how to fix it? I took out the door panels and sprayed WD-40 in it but the problem is still there. Any help is appreciated.

 

Yeah, my driver side is good and passenger side is bad. Damn passangers slammin my door . Anyways on my car I found that the bracket that the window actually slides on is bent. I bent it back as good as I could and sprayed graphite silcone spray and has been smooth ever since

 

take off the door panels and spray silicone lubricant on the rails.

 

Or even remove and clean. Or use pipe cleaner and run down the edge of glass.

Or lifts some weights!?

 

You need a new window regulator arm.

 

 

How much do they run for? Are you pretty sure I need it?

 

For what car is this? I'm look at http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com and I see it for ~$13.00

Try to re-align the window first. There is a bolt that would be near your elbow when you are seated. It has a small range of adjustment for tilting the window.
It's behind all the door crap on the sheet metal.
