Default speed limiter

im currently running a 99 J spec ITR in my 95 civic coupe... now on my civic speedometer when i hit up 120 it cuts off like its governed, now i got the ITR ECU in there i heard if i reprogram my chip with the P28 itd take off the speedlimiter and i get higher RPM revs, now which 1 should i go with, i heard the JUN program is good, but can you guys give me some feedbacks, thanks.

What's wrong with a 120 governor?

118mph technically. which for the street, and a <118mph trap speed car is fine imo.

when you go out to the salt planes, and every car out there is pulling past 140 and you're stuck at 120. that is not fun. haha. just dont go that fast on the streets

Well, that would suck for some road courses. I have reached about 125 on some track here in TX with a long straight. Not everyone *** races...I mean, drag races.

120+ at the back streight of VIR. Ditch it man. Nothing wrong with a Skunk2 P28 and a SFC...personally I'd just get an s100.
