Default A few security questions 98 lx

Hi , so i got myself a nice looking 98 lx civic.

80k miles on the motor original and all.

i notice this morning the car turns on with any key / object as long as its in the ignition cylinder .. for this to be fixed. i have to replace the ignition cylinder just the cylinder not the wires and all?

second whats a good set of wheel lock lug nuts?
i have xxr 531 i need m12 x 1.5 thread right? and what about tuner style or what? could anyone please link me to a picture or item im so confused and looking to make my civic secured.

i have to do a couple other things like kill switch & etc...

1 more question i think i may need a valve adjustment what happens if i dont do one how bad can it get? car sounds a bit tinkering its at 80k miles no maintenance only clutch.

thanks for reply. Yea the car has a good alarm nice and loud but there is a lot of work I have to do to do more security to it.

For example I have to def relocate the Brian and add a back up battery. Also need to relocate siren to diff spot in the bAy. And add some to inside the car. Also need to do that reroute cable for hood latch .

Right now I need some guidenice with wheel locks that's what got me iffy the most I'm also going to def change all cylinders do you know a good place to purchase them?

You need to replace the timing belt, so adjust the valves while you're at it.

How much Should the job cost for all three things

A reputable shop with do timing belt, tensioner, water pump for $800 installed

The valves tend to be loud on d series motors, If you do get a valve job I would try to find a reputable mechanic first
