Default 03 civic si ep3 no fuel at fuel rail

Recently bought an ep4. Car had been sitting a supposed few months, gas was crystallized on fuel pump. Replaced pump and emptied tank, put new gas in, no fuel getting to the rail, a few drops if that when key is turned. Help, not car savvy.

Voltage good, I think the car had been sitting a few years. There's maybe one drop of gas coming to rail when the key is turned.

There should be a hose/tube that you can disconnect in the back seat to see if it's pumping fuel. I'd disconnect it and see if it pumps fuel into a bottle at that point (turn key to ON position, but don't crank). If the bottle fills up with fuel then I'd assume the line you disconnected is clogged (which I don't know how to unclog). If no fuels comes out then you still have an issue with your pump!

yeah, pull the pump, lol.

I stopped at a gas station, put in $10 (I usually fill it, but I was in a hurry) and the pump failed. So I got a new pump, went to put it in, and the tank was empty! The pump was fine!

also, pull the feed line of the motor, and try to blow in the pump side, see if there is a clog.
