95 accord wagon won't shift out of park and windows will not work nor gauges in dash. Brake lights work, replaced vss, still no power at fuses for windows. Any suggestions please.

 

For the issue shifting out of park:
Are you not able to physically move the gear select lever out of park or does it not shift into gear when selecting drive or reverse?

If the gear selector does not move the shifter lock that is released when you press the brake might not be working. You should be able to push a car key into the hole next to the selector to manually release the lock and shift into gear. The lock only prevents changes from Park into other gears and does not interfere with shifts between gears or into Park.

 

Check the #1 10 amp fuse in the under dash fuse box......almost everything you list as "not working" is traced back to this fuse
