I know the answer to one of your questions...for the rear wiper removal, here are the part #'s c/o Matt and Scott @ S&M Racing

http://www.sandmracing.com/rearwiperremoval.html

I did it on my R and it looks soooooo much cleaner w/o the wiper.

i can't remember, its been a long time since i bought it. i had an extra one but gave it away already. just check in the piping section and look for a rubber plug, about an inch wide. if it's too big then lube that b!tch up and shove it in

Hey I need those window seals too. Actually mine fell off. I'm tinking I can use double-sided tape or something to put it back on.

Is there anything else that's stronger than double sided tape and thin enough?

Your intake tubing looks much different than any other version I've seen. Might just be the picture. The two J's versions I have seen only vary in filter and filter cover (or lack thereof). The J's mystery grows...

Stick,
the rubber plug is to plug up the hole the wiper leaves when you take it out. yeah ive had the plug for about a year and no leaks whatsoever. it just replaces the location of the wiper..ill try to take pics if you want and email them to you.
