Crank Angle Sensor on the B-series is in the dizzy.

One site said to check all the pins and wiring to be sure none got bent or broken.

I know you said you swapped the dizzy but the code is for a sensor in the dizzy.....

Crank angle, cylinder position and the TDC sensor are all inside the distributor.

Crank fluctuation is what's down by the oil pump.

You have something wrong inside your distributor.

Your obd1 ecu is looking for a sensor that is suppose to be in the dizzy, an obd1 dizzy....if EE_Chris post didnt' spell it out by now I don't know what will.

Did you smash the exhaust and cause a high back pressure?

I'm totally confused at what the situation is....you didn't even diagnose the issue and assume a new dizzy would solve it? Either you scraped the bottom of your car or you hit a pretty decent bump and knocked something. You're gonna have to trace those wires back to the ecu and diagnose the sensor as well to see whats going on.

Is this distributo "new" or from a known good "source".
