Looks like the speedo gear is machined into the case.

 

You are correct sir. However, I'm speaking of the speedo gear on the VSS.

 

What's the mileage on the lsd?

 

Oh, OK, sorry. I'm assuming the gear for the vss is smaller? It looks as if the kaaz "speedo ring gear" is larger than a factory honda.

 

Unit has less than 600miles

 

Look up vehicle speed sensor and you'll see what gear I'm speaking of. It's not a part of the differential, it sits on top of the trans case.

 

Yes, I understood, I'm talking about the Kaaz gear for the bottom of the vss itself being smaller than a factory one. Not trying to clutter your thread, just trying to clarify for myself as I'm looking for an LSD, but I believe a Helical is what I need for my plans.
