Default Civic no start

95 civic 1.5 started the other day just fine. I had been having some idle issues so I decided I was gona clean the Iacv. I've done this before and it clears the idle but I guess it got clogged up again. So I cleaned it and put it back on . Waited about a hour and it started up but was running bad . Then it shut off now . Now I can't get it to run at all it will turn over but will no start up . Could the Iacv just go out ?

IACV won't cause a no start condition, just a rough idle. Any CEL's? Hit up this link for some info on no start diagnostics https://honda-tech.com/honda-civic-d...2A%2A-1992733/

During the IACV work, did you unplug the spark plug wires or mess with the ignition system?

Only thing I did was unbolt the 2 screws and sprayed cleaner in it . I didn't take it fully off when I cleaned it . I waited a while then just screwed it back in

Maybe a bolus of cleaning fluid got sucked into the cylinders, causing a loss of compression. Remove the plugs and add a teaspoon of oil to each cylinder and try again.

If that doesn't help, then move to the fundamentals - Does the fuel pump prime? Is there bright white spark at all 4

No, do not test spark without a spare plug or spark tester.

Ok I took the cool off of testing and I noticed the little wire looks burnt off and I didn't realize it till I got it off and don't know if that could be the problem
