94 ACCORD DX RIMS
JDM ITR wheels are the size and offset and relatively cheap on eBay. 15x6, 13lb, often come with used uhp summer tires on there. I got mine for $540 shipped, but I was relatively close to the seller.
You want a wheel that's close to +40mm offset and 4x114.3
[EDIT] Spacer needed for those wheels. I bought a pair of 1/4" spacers to experiment with, hopefully its enough.
[EDIT2] The wheels work fine with the 1/4" spacer, still enough thread engagement between the stud/nut. Without the spacer the spokes will barely clear the brake caliper and spring. No issues with fitment in the rear but I'm going out to buy another pair of spacers as the tire is a bit close to the spring for comfort.

I said in my post. 4x114.3 bolt pattern, in the neighborhood of a +40mm offset. Stock steel wheels are probably 14" but 15" will let you put on accord v6 brakes later.

civic/integra: 4x100mm bolt pattern

accord: 4x114.3mm bolt pattern (Integra Type R is 4x114.3 also)

most cars use a 5x114.3mm bolt pattern. accord wheels are very limited. 16" wheels fit. 17's might rub. stock accord is 15"

ONLY the 1996 Integra Type-R is 4x114.3. It's well recorded that the ITR wheels need a small spacer to clear the brake calipers in the front on the 90-97 Accords.
I bought my 14Lb, 16x7, +45mm offset TSW Trackstar 4's off craigslist for $125. They're in nearly perfect shape, even after being on my car(daily driven) for over a year now. They're strong, lightweight, and actually turned out to be pretty rare. I'm not in love with them, but for the price I paid, and being only 1lb heavier per wheel than an Enkei RPF1, I'm satisfied. If you autocross like I do, there are certain rules for certain classes that allow up to a certain size wheel in width/offset/diameter.
That being said, a 5x114.3 swap is actually pretty easy and usually nets you with larger brakes. Search around this site and others to find out what works.
