I don't have itr (yet) and I know it's still a ways a way, merely 7 months out. Just wondering if anyone else is attending. I've already made plans and reserved a spot. Expo 14 was awesome despite some technical difficulties.

Plans to make this year much more enjoyable and less issues.

I'm paid and registered this will be my first time at the ITR Expo and hope its a great experience.

 

Long story short, the first ITR Expo was in SoCal (01'). However, the second ITR Expo (02') was planned in SoCal and failed, ITR Expo 10 was planned for SoCal (10') but failed as well. Both failures were due to insufficient driver registrations.

Rules on your question will vary per track. Since most groups run 20-25min sessions I imagine you don't have a large issue.


Excellent! Its a big group but everyone who attends are always super cool. Please don't hesitate to reach out for introductions. Open invitation to anyone that is wishing to meet more community members, I am happy to help in anyway to help.

That was expo 11 yo. More ppl paid from the east coast then local SoCal............. Coolhandluke and I were planning on driving to Southern California from South Carolina and ppl were complaining about driving a couple hours to expo.

 

I'm finna be there. Gingerman is only like 2.5 hours away from me.

 

West Coast Expo attempts since Expo 1:

- Expo 4 at AMP in AZ = shut down due to lawsuit at the facility.
- Expo 11 at Buttonwillow = numbers were short. We had HPD support and factory tour/banquet included.

I think the CA idea has some new legs and am open to it. NSXPO is out west this year, so that's something worth monitoring too.

 

May we also shout out Mr. Heng. Certain Cali folk talk about the drive. Look at Lyda, E10, 11, 12, 13, and 14. He's put in MILES!!!

 

This would be my second expo, and I'd have to admit, it would be fun to take a week off an just ride out somewhere. Sure worth the time away from work.

I actually might attend this year. Its been a LONG time since i've been to an Expo.. If nothing else I can meet and greet people from H-T and the surrounding area..

Still don't know if the TA car will make it in time.. I'm REALLY behind on it..

Well it looks like I will finally come out to an Expo event after all these years.

I'm bummed out that I missed it last year and a prior time but this time I'm going to drive alone if I have too. PY needs to meet everyone and get back on the track !
