Portflow inner valve springs on B18 R....
yeah, try and get yellow outer spring for both sides. they are also lower priced than the blue ones from honda...
yellows are a lil stiffer
in my gsr head, im running itr cams, itr lmas, portflow inners, portflow ti retainers, yellow (i forgot, i think they are intake side) outer, blue outer exhaust side. would also get ferrea keepers, but wasnt in the budget
you wont need to rev to 10k, as in there isnt much power up there, but if you miss shift, or want to stay on the gas going through a sweeper where you need to keep throttle down, and keep away from lift off

I'm rebuilding my b18c6 head, and with all component stock i think: 'A more stiff inner spring valve set is better, more pace when i'm on the red line.....
