I just bought at 2002 accord, it currently doesn't have a stereo, whilst driving my friend touched one of the wires. Since then my taillights and dash lights do not work. I have replaced bulbs and fuses but this has not done anything. Could it be a bad ground cable? If so where is that? I'm sure I have fried a fuse somewhere but have no clue where exactly it is. Right after replacing fuses my check engine light came on which I will see what it says tomorrow, but any ideas or past experience with this would be great. Thanks!
