I just bough a 97' EJ Hatch for $2300. Clean title which was what SOLD me. Well that and the JDM B16A swap it had lol. Anybody know a way to get around the STAR smog? I don't want to have to take out the swap and look for a stock setup to throw in. By the way I'm in California. Any help would be great.

This. You have to pay to play. Get rid of that shitty motor. If you want to stay B series, then get a 97+ Integra LS/GSR motor, swap that in, get it BAR'd, then get it SMOG'd. Otherwise, you could swap the original D16Y7 back in there, but at that point you'd be better off selling that car, and just buying a Civic that hasn't been stupidly fucked with.

Side note: You don't have an EK, you have an EJ6. Yes, it matters, especially in Nazifornia.
