B20b swap , throttle body port question

B20b swap , throttle body port question
Doing a b20 in my 93 civic .. Using a newer LS intake manifold and the throttle body has a nipple on it , does this get capped off or does it get ran somewhere ? Car does Not have a charcoal canister or anything . Thanks guys !

It would be the top one I believe ... The motor has a hose connected to it already that looks like the line they use for charcoal canister . There is also a nipple on the bottom that has a small hose as well . Thanks man
