Icon2 !!Start of a New Build!! 96 Hatch

Hello Honda-Tech!! I just bought my second car that is a 1996 Civic Hatch cx with a mini me swap. The car was stolen but no one claimed it so the impound sold it to me for $700. I thought it was a steal!! It needed a computer so I bought a p2p ecu and pluged it in. The car would start but die right away. I took off the intake mani and found that the hoses that connect to the IACV were messed up and plugged, so I sorted it out and connected it back together. When I took off the intake mani I took out what seemed to be a hose that plugged up a second hole on the Tb. I cranked the car and started right up. The thing was it was idling wrong and found out that's why the secondary hole was plugged. I plugged that up and went for a test drive. I had did the compression test before I turned it on and the results were close to 120 psi except the 2nd piston that was 75psi. The car runs fine but ran into a problem. The speedometer isn't working!! I pulled the codes obd1 style and pulled 7 different codes!! I pulled code 10 Intake air temperature sensor, 17 VSS speed sensor, 22 vtec pressure valve, 41 primary O2 sensor heater, 54 crank fluction sensor, 65 secondary o2 heater, and finally 91 fuel tank pressure sensor!! This a mouth full lol!! Can you guys help me out with these problems?? I know that crank sensor and vetch are not wired up for a fact. But the rest I have no idea about. I've tried searching but So many people have different answers as to how to fix it. I don't know if its because of the ecu on a different harness or they are real problems. Please I would like your feed back and help also!! Thank you guys in advance!!!!👌

Need more information. What kind of mini-me? My assumption is you have a D16Y7 block with a D16Y8 head... is that the case? I am not the expert in this field, so I'm just asking for more info for the experts who I'm sure will reply soon to your questions.

Im surprised this thing runs at all with a compression of 120 or less, for some reason I thought the service limit was 135.
