We also have CarFax which is a vehicle history report.
If you are interested in it, I'd recommend having it looked at by a trusted mechanic.
I'd also refer to this thread -

And this one -
-Official- Is this car worth it thread - vol. 2 - S2KI Honda S2000 Forums
Then there's also this European section of S2ki that would be good -

That's not a lot of information what so ever on the vehicle. I'm not sure what the equivalent where you are (I assume Italy based on your name?) but in the US we have Kelly Blue Book (KBB), NADA, etc to get price guides for cars.

That car is ~14 years old. That works out to under 7k miles a year. That car really wasn't driven at all. There are plenty of people with higher (100k+) miles on their S2000 - myself included.
Unless you get complete maintenance records with the car or they show on the Carfax assume the previous owners did no maintenance on the car.
All the lubricants should be changed: engine, transmission, differential, clutch, and brakes. Valves should be adjusted. All the filters should be changed including the heater intake filter under the panel under the hood next to the windshield
Car will probably need new tires.

S2000 is a nice car. If its your first one just take it easy. I learned the hard way and fish tailed and crashed mine the first week i had it. Fun car to drive just get use to it first before you start pushing yourself.
