96 Acura with oil by one spark plug?

96 Acura with oil by one spark plug?
I was checking the plugs on my niece's 96 Acura and when I went to pull one of them, the space around the plug was full of oil. the other plugs were dry and clean. Is this an issue with some of the valve cover gasketing?
