Default 04' civic auto shift problems

Hello everyone, I have an 04 honda civic lx with a sudden trans issue. The car is in good condition and hasn't had any problems until the other day. I was driving it and all of the sudden it just quit pulling,I heard a pop and the tach quit working as well. You can shift it manually and it does ok but when you put it in d4 and take off it feels like it's pulling a boat anchor. It is perfect on trans fluid level.car has 240k but has shifted perfectly until now.Any help would be very much appreciated! Thanks in advance everyone

Post the CEL codes thrown.

Do the cluster self diagnostic test.

Do 3 drain-refill cycles with Honda ATF.

I had an issue where it took forever to accelerate, also the "D" light was always on.
It was the TCC Solenoid.
Check to make sure it's not broken like this:

Thanks guys, I believe I've narrowed it down to the ecu being toast. Now the car will crank, the tach still does it's weird thing and it will go dead. Was thinking it may be more towards electrical, did some research and saw that a loose bottom alternator bolt will short out the ecu,(where the ecu gets it's ground). The car had a replacement engine about 2-3 months before I got it so there's a very high possibility it had been tampered with, we will see what I find.
